Support Person Policy **Update**
We are pleased to let you know that you will now be able to bring one support person with you to your appointments at our clinic, effective Monday June 6th, 2022. We will continue to have you and your support person wait outside of our clinic when possible, until you are called in by your midwife. Masks will still be required for anyone entering the clinic, with medical masks available for you at the entrance to the clinic.
When you are filling out your COVID screening tool on the day of your appointment, please note that the screening questions will now apply to your support person as well, and write the name of your support person in the form so that we can keep track. We will not be checking the vaccination status of support people, but we do recommend that unvaccinated support people do a rapid test at home before coming to the clinic.
We still encourage you to try to find childcare arrangements for your older children during your appointment. If this is a challenge for you, please discuss this with your midwife.
We look forward to meeting the wonderful people who have been supporting you all during your pregnancies!
